Travis is a NASM certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Travis has been serving in the military for over 12 years, is a U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer, and in 2015 decided to obtain his degree in Sport and Health Science. Travis is also Firefighter/AEMT where he serves as a first responder to his local community and helps and encourages fellow firefighters reach their fitness goals. Travis is a husband and father of 3 and enjoys spending time in the woods when he is not training others.
Programs include meeting 3-5 times for 60 min, nutritional, and supplement guidance, workout plan to meet goal, weekly check ins, accountability.
